The Pagus Peralada pizzeria has its origins in a pizzeria-trattoria called L'Era del Salasse (Salàs de Pallars, Lleida). It is included in a list of the best pizzerias in Catalonia, with a good menu of pizzas, some 17 in total, cooked in a wood-fired oven and created by the restaurant itself.
