Peralada has a large recreation zone complete with three football pitches, a public sports hall, gym, swimming pool and tennis courts.

Peralada currently has the following clubs who practise a range of sports Peralada Football Club, Albera-Peralada Basketball Club, Peralada Artistic Roller-skating Club, Peralada Tennis Club and Peralada Golf Club.

The sports hall also offers classes plus access to the gym.
